At Shahi Pehnawa, we strive to provide you with high-quality jewelry and bangles that exceed your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the process.
1. Returns
We accept returns on jewelry and bangles under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
- Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized/customized jewelry cannot be returned. Additionally, any items that are damaged or altered after delivery are non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at shahipehanawa@gmail.com or call +91-8949947688 within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Please retain the shipping receipt for reference.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions stated above. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the item as per our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund. Please include photographs & video of the damage when contacting us.
